Access Statement

Joshua's cottage is arranged over 4 floors. There is a step to enter the property.
The kitchen is on the lower ground floor; the bathroom, together with bedrooms 2 & 3 are on the first floor; the king size bedroom is on the second floor.  Standard stairs link all floors, but there are curved stairs from the ground to first floor.
The kitchen has low beams and a ceiling height of 6ft 4in. With 6in beams this gives a minimum headroom of 5ft 10in.
